STICKY HANDS: I LIQ CHUAN - ZHONG XIN DAO APPROACH

Sticky hands is to develop sensitivines on the point of contact with your opponent. So that you may apply the appropriate actions and reactions and penetrate the opponent's defense. This exercise (like push hands) is also to feel how to maintain stability in order to generate power and recognize how to off balance your opponent.
