BALANCED POINT OF CONTACT (LJUBLJANA)

BALANCED POINT OF CONTACT (LJUBLJANA)

Join us for a 2-day deep-dive workshop with Master Hsin Chin, one of the leading teachers of the Martial Art of Awareness (Zhong Xin Dao – I Liq Chuan), and successor to Grandmaster Sam Chin. This is a unique chance to experience internal martial arts and mindful movement at a truly high level—directly, personally, and in a small, focused group.

Exploration: BALANCED POINT OF CONTACT
From a single point of contact, connecting through your partner’s structure—
hand to feet.

Whether you come from Taiji, Qigong, Neigong, internal martial arts, manual theraphy, somatic work, or simply have an interest in deep mind-body awareness, this workshop offers practical, tangible insight. No prior experience is required—only curiosity and willingness to explore.

Master Hsin is known for his clarity, depth, and approachable teaching style.

Over two days, he will guide you into:

  • Develop a balanced structure and efficient biomechanics,

  • Refine sensitivity through fascia-based partner work,

  • Strengthen your center, alignment, and whole-body connection,

  • Cultivate awareness of attention, readiness, pressure, and coordination.

  • Explore the deeper questions: How do you know yourself? How do you know your opponent? What is knowing?

Partner Work – Three Crucial Engagements:

  • Circle with the Center

  • Center to Center

  • Center with the Cross

This will be an intimate workshop with limited places, offering rare direct access to a master-level teacher and the subtle depth of internal work.
